6 – 15 years
Elementary to Lower Secondary
Primary through to lower secondary on the GES and Cambridge curricula, with continuous, supportive assessment at every stage.
All ages
After School Programme
Homework support, reading, creative arts and outdoor play after the last bell — open to our own learners and to children from other schools.
Live remote classes
Online (Homeschoolers)
The same GES and Cambridge programme, taught live online for homeschooling families — wherever your child is learning from.
No admission fees
Applying costs nothing, and there is no admission or acceptance fee to pay when your child is offered a place. Only tuition applies, and our admissions office sends you the current schedule with your offer.
No vacation breaks
We do not close for the vacations. Learning, care and the after-school programme carry on all year round, so working families are never left scrambling for cover.

Submit the Application
Complete the Student Admission Form with your child's details, guardian information, and any medical needs. Applying is free.

Meet & Assess
A warm, play-based settling-in session helps us understand your child's stage, strengths, and interests.

Receive Your Offer
Successful families receive a Letter of Acceptance welcoming your child into the Hope Haven family.

Complete Enrolment
Submit the required documents and settle tuition by the stated deadline. There is no admission fee to pay.

Collect the uniform and materials list, meet your child's Lesson Buddy, and start the journey — on any week of the year.

What curriculum does Hope Haven Academy follow?
We offer a carefully designed blend of the GES (Ghana Education Service) and Cambridge curricula. This gives children a balanced foundation — strong local grounding in the values and culture of Ghana, alongside internationally recognized practice that opens up global opportunities.
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 months to 15 years, across four enrolment categories: Preschool, Elementary to Lower Secondary, our After School Programme, and Online for homeschooling families. Speak to our admissions office about the right placement for your child.

Yes. Our Online category is built for homeschooling families: the same GES and Cambridge programme, taught live by our Lesson Buddies, wherever your child is learning from.
Is admission open right now?
Yes — admission is open. Enquiries and campus tours can be booked at any point in the year, and we place children as spaces become available.
Do you offer care outside normal school hours?
We do. Our After School Programme, extended care, and flexible boarding options give children a secure, nurturing environment to keep learning and growing beyond the traditional school day.
How do you keep children safe?
Safety, wellbeing and safeguarding are our highest priorities. Our campus is child-centred and secure, with authorized pick-up persons recorded for every child and trained staff supervising throughout the day.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Assessment is continuous and supportive rather than exam-driven. Lesson Buddies observe, document and share progress with you regularly, so learning can be tailored to your child while individual progress is celebrated.
